Terms and Conditions:

  • - The two free entries are only for paid delegates. Not including the complimentary seats offered (e.g. registered speakers will not receive free entry to awards)
  • - Submission of entry is only until Friday, 16 June 2017 (GMT +8:00).
  • - Registration confirmation must be done during the submission period of awards (latest on Friday, 16 June 2017). Payment must be made on or before 16 June 2017.
  • - Promotion is not convertible to cash and other discounts.
  • - The offer can only be applied at the time of the booking.

Terms and Conditions:

- To qualify, you must submit entries on or before Friday, 2 June 2017 (GMT +8:00). Otherwise the Regular Rate will be applied.

- The fee for each award entry is $70. However, you can get TWO award entries for FREE if you send your entries on or before June 2, 2017.
*This means if for example, you are to send 3 award entries to the AHMA on or before June 2, you will only have to pay for the first award entry and the following two award entries will be for free. In total, you will only have to pay $70.

- This offer is only applicable once to the organisation submitting the entries.
*This means if for example, you have five hospitals in different locations and all five will submit entries, only the first two entries will be free. The succeeding submissions will be charged a nominal fee of USD70 per entry.
